COVID-19 Update

During these unprecedented and troubling times, WCA would like to offer our sympathy and support for all those who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. Though we are composed of many networks and individual businesses, we are a tight-knit community - a true global family.

WCA is involved in multiple projects and relief efforts to assist the regions that have been impacted the most by COVID-19. We are extremely thankful for all of our members who have played a critical role in the transport of essential medical shipments around the globe.

We are aware that the lockdown in some countries may be causing some banking issues. We would like to remind you that our PartnerPay platform is available to most members, and it is a free and secure way to instantly make and receive payments from other members worldwide. With so many members working from home, this is the perfect time to take advantage of the electronic air waybill (eAWB). This digital alternative to the traditional air waybill has already created a substantial amount of savings for many member users. In an effort to provide the real-time communication of news, updates, and other information, we have also created the WCA COVID-19 members-only Facebook group. WCA has over 150 staff members worldwide. They have all been reassigned from non-urgent tasks in order to provide the maximum support and assistance to members at this time. In wake of conference cancellations, our staff is also making a conscious effort to call each member individually to check on them and make sure they are aware of all the benefits that are still available to them.
