New All World Shipping (AWS) structure

Since its establishment in 2007, All World Shipping (AWS) has acted as WCAworld’s exclusive NVOCC partner and has allowed all members to enjoy free access to the best NVOCC facilities in the industry.

Under the management of Jerry DeBow and Ross Stemmler, AWS has grown to encompass some 3,700 members in over 160 countries and provided its agents with not only globally-accepted online HBLs but also globally-mandated Customs services, such as AMS (USA) and AFR (Japan) filing for FCL and LCL ocean shipments.

On 31 March, Ross and Jerry officially retired from AWS, leaving the company in an impressively strong and stable position. On behalf of all WCAworld staff and the many members that they have assisted, we would like to thank Ross and Jerry for their unwavering support, fantastic leadership, and most of all their valued friendship – we truly wish them all the best for the future.

From 1 April, long-term WCAworld executive Bryce Barnhart will take up the position of Vice-President, AWS. Bryce has been a key asset within our member support team in North America for over 13 years, as well as spending four years as CEO of WCAworld’s insurance broker, WIS – helping establish it as the industry’s premier provider of logistics insurance.

Bryce's varied experience within the networks and first-hand knowledge of the members’ needs makes him a natural choice to take the baton from Ross and Jerry to continue to lead and grow All World Shipping.

All World Shipping clients can rest assured that the experienced and highly-capable operations and member-support team remain in place. Lisa Green has been promoted to AWS’s Vice President of Operations, and Ms. Tip will remain actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of the NVOCC.
